Scrum Master training and certification

Description

You work towards the result in four short sprints: obtaining the certificate! The exam is included with this training.

1. introduction to Agile & Scrum and first introduction to the exam
2. floor of Scrum
3. floor of Scrum
4. teams & plans, discussing final questions and taking the exam

The training is given in class in 4 dayparts (2 days).

After following this interactive training you will be able to play the role of Scrum Master in an Agile / Scrum environment. We conclude the course together with the exam.

We deal with both the theory and practice of Agile / Scrum work. You experience what it is like to work in a Scrum project. There is plenty of room to share experiences with each other.

The training is provided by certified Agile / Scrum and Lean trainers with extensive experience in the field of Agile working and working according to the Scrum principles. Both within IT departments and in the business.

With sufficient registrations, we can also organize this training in the evenings. This is interesting for independent professionals.

The participation costs include materials and the internationally recognized Scrum Master certificate. We often organize this training as an in-company training for groups from 8 to 14 participants. Inquire for this to the possibilities.
